Tower Crane (TC5015) Introduction

TC5015 Self-climbing tower crane is a new developed crane based on national standard  JG/T 5037-1993 “Classification of tower crane”

This tower crane adopt horizontal jib, trolley radius changing, upper slewing, and fluid pressure climbing, It has various installation mode such as fixed, attached, and traveling type. In the light of job location condition, through various combinations of jib section and tension rod, formed 50m, 44m, 38m four sort of jib length, The Max. length of the hoisting jib is 50m, the Max. payload capacity is 2.9t. This crane has bigger operation space, greatly reduce the costs of construction machinery, save on energy, economize on steel material, cut down the quantity to be conveyed, is a most ideal building construction machinery.

The hoisting mechanism applies three-speed motor. Maximum hoisting speed is 80m/min, lowest speed less than 4.5m/min, achieve low speed in heavy load, high speed in light load. and ideally empty-hook speed, slow take-place speed, greatly raise the working efficiency, there are two modes of slewing mechanism, one of them is eddy current speed regulator, DC braked torque motor, another applies YZR motor, through hydraulic coupling, drive the reducer, and with disk brake. has bigger overload ability and good loaded starting performance, These ensure that the crane can start up and brake more stably and the operation is safer and more reliable.

By using the added standard section and hydraulic climbing system to raise the crane, the hoisting height of the crane rises with the building height rises, the hoisting performance keeps quite well at various heights.
