After-sales Service
Thank you so much for your trust and your choice on De-Ying products. In order to make sure the products work safely and maintain your benefit, we offer defined warranty for you, and after warranty validity expires, relative fees of maintenance and parts replacements should be paid according to our company’s standard.

Warranty Commitment
1. 18 months for electric parts; 5 years for steel structure; excluding easily worn parts.
2. If the products have quality problems within the warranty validity, the damaged parts can be exchanged free of charge (but the charge of transportation should be borne with the clients).
3.  The warranty period starts from the equipment’s arrival at the destination port.
4.  After the warranty validity, should you have any order for the spare parts, we will provide you with competitive price the same as the cost.

Exclusion of warranty obligation
Our company undertakes no responsibility of free warranty for the malfunction, abnormal operating or damages of tower cranes from De-Ying due to the following causes. But we will still do our best to help you sort out the problems with paid service.

• Damage due to transportation and malfunction of equipment due to improper maintenance.
• Modification at will or man-made damage; any damage of the equipment due to not using genuine parts of De-Ying and improper operation.
• Damage of the equipment due to fire, earthquake, war, flood, thunder and other force majeure; damage due to operation under the working condition not specified to the product.
